Can I reset data on the Launchpad? 


Playaway Launchpads have a one touch reset feature that makes resetting them easy and for library staff and new users. This reset button will clear all device and app data for a fresh start.  

If the Launchpad freezes or is not working properly, you can perform a soft reset by using a paperclip to hold down the reset button on the back of the Launchpad for 10 seconds.
