How do I Reset a Playaway?


To reset a Playaway:

∙               Hold down the rewind (<<) and SPD buttons at the same time   

∙               When you see “RESET” displayed on the screen, quickly press the play button   

∙               You should receive a message that reads “SEE YOU LATER!”   

∙               If you reset the Playaway due to an issue, power the Playaway on to see if the issue is continuing. If so, contact the Customer Experience Team
